The on-site role leads restaurant, bar, in-room dining and event operations; manages food quality, service, safety, beverage controls, inventory, staffing and department profitability; and supports the resort’s transition and renovation. The source requests three to five years of food-and-beverage leadership experience in a hotel or resort, strong cost-control and food-safety knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and schedule flexibility. The listed base salary is USD $1,800 per month, subject to statutory deductions.
