Recognized AC and refrigeration qualification FGA S level 1 or Belize equivalent
Experience with commercial/ industrial AC and refridgeration systems
Diagnostic and testing proficiency in AC and refrigeration systems
Ability to inspect/evaluate the system performance and follow technical drawings
Strong English communication ( written and oral)
Valid Class B driver's Licence
Experience in Military/ industrial/ regulated environment
Overview of the Role: Install, service, inspect, and repair industrial/ commercial AC and refrigeration systems for BATSUB. Ensure safe handling of refrigerants, compliance with Defence Spec 005( Schedules Band C) and adherence to BATSUB safety procedures. Perform fault diagnosis and repairs, including brazing/soldering and pipe fabrication) interpret technical drawings/diagrams and maintain accurate records and estimates.
Other Provisions Regular weekend or public holiday work is not expected, but may be requested occasionally. Additional Hours will be paid if appropriately authorized. A medical check will be provided before starting the job.
